the sum of 3 weeks-because Im a bad blogger.
I have decided that I am not the best at this blogging thing. sorry I have not updated lately. let me catch you all up on the past few weeks.
I was blessed to head down south to Carpinteria over Mothers day to see my mom and grandma who flew in from Colorado to see me. it was a sweet weekend with them and I was able to rest and just spend some good fellowship with my family who I had not seen since Christmas. I was super blessed!
My mom and grandma left on that following Monday, I was able to stay in Carp that next week, this was a sweet time with friends and a refreshing time with the Lord. My time down south was a sweet time for me to reflect over the past month of living in Stockton and re-access what the Lord has me doing here.
the Following Friday I left for Hawaii with the Youth Leaders from Reality Carpinteria. This was a trip that we had been planing for months and it was such a blessed time. We got to spend so much time in the word, worshiping together and growing in the Lord alongside one another. I was so blessed to be able to spend the week with people that I love and truly consider family!
All this to say the last few weeks have been a refreshing time with the Lord where He gave me clarity and more vision for why He has me serving in Stockton. Praise the Lord for He is good and knows exactly what we need.
